The winner of the competition will receive the official event trophy along with a winner-takes-all payout consisting of 50% of the total Pitmaster Challenge entry fees collected for the event. $100 entry fee.
We have some important updates for our vendors, and anyone planning to camp overnight, during the 1st Annual HOPE Fest!
ELECTRIC AVAILABLE
Electricity will be available through 30-amp and 50-amp receptacles.
You MUST provide your own converter/adapter plug to fit your individual electrical needs.
OVERNIGHT CAMPING AVAILABLE
Camping spots are available for vendors or participants who would like or need to stay overnight.
Friday, September 4:
If you plan to arrive Friday evening, you MUST arrive no later than 9:00 PM.
Camping Fee:
• 1 night — $30
• 2 nights — $60 total
All campers must have their area cleaned up and be moved out by 12:00 NOON on Sunday, September 6.
