Certified Life Coaching
I grew up in the Appleton, Wisconsin Area, and at 18 years old I left my family, friends, and the cold behind to join the Navy. Upon serving in the military, I started my college education majoring in transportation and logistics. I eventually transitioned back into civilian life, pursuing a career in the warehousing and distribution field for over 20 years. During this time, I was a foster parent and am now an adoptive parent of 15 plus years to three adult children. Additionally, I spent many years volunteering and advocating for foster and adoptive children and their families.
Like many of you, I have worn many hats throughout my journey. However, I found my passion in Life Coaching.
I have personally been through my share of challenges. Some of them include limiting and self-defeating beliefs, such as "I am not good enough or worthy." Some of these thoughts started in childhood and others came from adulthood experiences. These beliefs have affected various aspects of my life; such as health and body, personal power, relationships, loss/grief, financial abundance, and self-esteem.
My formal education and training includes a Master’s Degree with a concentration on Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Florida, Certified Life Coaching through Expert Rating, and PSYCH-K® Facilitator through PSYCH-K® International.
I continue to learn and grow with my adult children and am a proud G’Ma to a precious baby boy, who all live in our Nation’s Oldest City, St. Augustine, Florida.
In my spare time, I enjoy connecting with nature, taking walks, traveling, camping, dancing, laughing and having fun. I am also the creative founder and organizer of the Whimsical Women of St. Augustine.
